Benefits of Dates, Advantages of Dates

 DATES :

Dates are one of those foods; if you only consume dates and water throughout the day, you are following a complete diet.

According to my own experience, it is not healthier but the healthiest because it prevents weakness and offers you all the nutrients.

I never feel weak because eating 7 or as many dates as you can in the morning on an empty stomach provides you a lot of strength. Dates are my all-time favorite food.
